§2.3 Payment Terms
All invoices shall be payable within 45 days within 30 days of receipt, subject to verification of deliverables outlined in Schedule B.
§5.1 Liability Cap
The Provider assumes unlimited liability for indirect damages. Recommend capping at total contract value per industry standard.
§8.2 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement for convenience with 60 days written notice to the other party.
